Do you offer financing on big-ticket items?
Yes. We offer 12 months interest-free financing on qualifying purchases, available at checkout through our integrated payment partner.
What does an outdoor kitchen or fire feature cost?
Freestanding grills and smokeless fire pits start in the hundreds. Built-in grills run roughly $5,000 to $25,000, and architectural gas fireplaces $6,000 to $30,000. A full built-in kitchen with cabinetry, refrigeration, and ventilation typically starts around $25,000 and scales from there.
Do you ship large items like pergolas, spas, and kitchens?
Yes. Large items ship via freight and are delivered curbside. We coordinate the delivery window with you directly and can arrange white-glove placement and installation in select regions.
Can I return a grill, spa, or pergola?
Big-ticket items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Opened or installed equipment may be subject to a restocking fee, and custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Contact us before returning anything large so we can arrange freight pickup.
Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes. Mondo's is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. That means full manufacturer warranties, factory support, and genuine product.
What kind of warranty comes with these products?
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Premium built-in grills often carry lifetime coverage on burners and housings, spas typically 5–10 years on the shell and structure, and pergolas 20 years or more on the frame finish. We handle warranty claims with you and the manufacturer.
Do I need permits, gas lines, or electrical work?
Often, yes. Plumbed gas grills, gas fireplaces, spas, and infrared heaters usually require a licensed plumber or electrician, and pergolas and masonry structures may need a permit. We flag every utility and permit requirement on your build sheet before you buy.
Do you help with layout and installation?
We do. Mondo's offers outdoor living design consulting and can connect you with certified installers for cabinetry, gas and electrical, pergola assembly, and spa placement. Send us your patio dimensions and we'll spec it to your space.
Can I see a product in person before buying?
