Do you offer financing on big-ticket items?
Yes. We offer 12 months interest-free financing over 12 months on qualifying purchases. Financing is available at checkout through our integrated payment partner.
How much do launch monitors and simulators cost?
Launch monitors range from roughly $3,000 to $25,000+ depending on the model and technology. Full simulator builds — including enclosure, projector, hitting mat, and turf — typically start around $10,000 and scale from there based on your room and specs.
Do you ship large items like simulators and golf carts?
Yes. Large items are shipped via freight and delivered curbside. We coordinate delivery with you directly and can arrange white-glove assembly and installation in select regions.
Can I return a launch monitor or simulator?
Big-ticket items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in original condition. Opened or used launch monitors and simulator components may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us before returning anything large so we can arrange freight pickup.
Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes. Mondo's is an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. That means full manufacturer warranties, factory support, and genuine products.
What kind of warranty comes with these products?
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Most launch monitors include a 1–2 year warranty. Golf carts and larger equipment typically carry longer manufacturer warranties. We handle warranty claims with you and the manufacturer.
Do you help with installation and room setup?
We do. Mondo's offers studio configuration consulting and can connect you with certified installers for enclosure builds, projector alignment, turf, and mat placement. Reach out and we'll spec it to your room.
Can I see a product in person before buying?
